- The annual subscription fee for MyPIBG is RM900.00 per school, equivalent to RM75 per month.
- We offer a 60-day Money Back Guarantee if you’re not satisfied with the service. You’ll receive a full refund within this period.
- Upon subscription, the President, with full ADMIN privileges, registers all official members in the Committee Section.
- There are two distinct sections in MyPIBG: one for Committee Members and one for Parents. Committee Members who are also parents should register under the Parents section as well.
- The President can assign specific responsibilities to respective committee members, enabling them to manage approvals and reviews.
- All submissions by Parents (e.g., issues, suggestions, ads) will be routed to The Committee for review, approval, or rejection.
- Once notifications are approved, they will be broadcast to the relevant section and will be visible to all registered parents anytime, anywhere.
For The Committee
- Full authority and control over MyPIBG’s features for the association.

- Ability to broadcast official announcements via the Main Noticeboard.
- Review and approve submissions from parents, which will not be visible to other parents until approved.

For Parents
- Instant access to school-related announcements and updates from The Committee.
- The unique Student Development Centre (SDC) feature allows parents to seek advice and counseling for their children.
- Parents can submit issues, concerns, or suggestions directly to The Committee.
- The ability to post and view ads (subject to Committee approval) for transportation, textbooks, computers, and more. Parents can delete their ads when no longer needed.

Platform Functionality

- To ensure proper communication, parents must complete a pre-set form for broadcast approval. The Committee is responsible for reviewing and approving messages before sending them out to the community.
Technical Information
- Several report forms ensure a digital record of all submissions, including date and time stamps. All information is stored securely for 3 months.
- Broadcasts will be stored for 90 days, after which they will be archived. Parents can access and delete any approved bulletins posted by them on the Community and Advert Boards anytime.
- All personal and private information is stored securely and confidentially. We never share data with third parties under any circumstances.

- No, there are no additional fees apart from the annual subscription paid by the Association or School.
- You can subscribe via www.mypibg.my and receive a full refund within the first 60 days if you’re unsatisfied with the service.
Usage Guidelines
- Officially, there are no limitations on postings. However, all postings will be reviewed by The Committee for appropriateness and relevance. We may implement restrictions if any abuse of the platform occurs. Systems will delete all postings after 90 days from date of postings.
- Yes, all personal information provided through MyPIBG is treated with the utmost confidentiality. We guarantee that no data will be shared with third parties.

- If there is a change in leadership, the new President or authorized Committee members can easily take over the administrative roles within MyPIBG by updating user roles and permissions.
